Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning
   
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
2. Client Management
   
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Act as a primary contact for key accounts and manage escalations.
3. Product Knowledge
   
• Provide technical consultation on AV solutions like conferencing systems, digital signage, and sound systems.
• Stay updated on AV technologies and trends.
4. Team Leadership
   
• Manage, train, and motivate the sales team.
• Set and monitor performance KPIs.
5. Market Expansion
   
• Identify new market opportunities in sectors like corporate, retail, or education.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and trade shows.
6. Negotiation & Closing Deals
   
• Lead client negotiations and close high-value deals.
• Ensure contracts align with company policies.
7. Collaboration
   
• Work with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct site visits and product demonstrations when needed.
8. Reporting & Analysis
   
• Track and report sales metrics using CRM tools.
• Analyze performance data to adjust strategies.
9. Networking
   
• Represent the company at industry events and build partnerships.
10. Compliance

• Ensure adherence to policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education
  
• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience
  
• Entry-Level: 02 years; Mid-Level: 3–7 years; Senior: 8+ years.
• Industry-specific experience is a plus.
