Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the data science team to research, develop, and evaluate various computer vision
models for navigation, tracking, and localization purposes.
- Optimize algorithms for real-time performance and resource-constrained environments,
considering factors such as memory usage, computational efficiency, and power consumption.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in computer vision, machine learning, and related fields.
- Algorithm implementation and system integration within existing frameworks and system
- Document test cases, expected results, test data requirements, and collaborate with testing
teams to resolve testing problems
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of image processing techniques such as object detection, pattern finding, and
image segmentation.
- In depth understanding of digital signal processing, frequency domain, various DSP filters, signal
processing architecture designs.
- Familiarity with computer vision libraries, like OpenCV, and TensorFlow, for developing and
implementing vision-based models
- Proficiency in Python and related packages like NumPy, scikit-image, PIL, OpenCV, matplotlib,
seaborn, etc.
- Mathematical skills such as linear algebra, calculus, statistics, and probability for algorithm
development and data analysis
- Knowledge of sensor fusion for integrating data from multiple sensors (IMU, Cameras, LiDAR, etc.)
to create comprehensive visual understanding systems.
