Job Description
In this role as a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for providingtechnical leadership and guidance to engineering team members. You will alsocreate technical documentation such as design and architectural diagrams, workwith technical teams to ensure high quality software development. You will alsobe responsible for interacting with stakeholders to refine product requirementsand identify business needs. In addition you will be responsible for ensuringthat the products comply security standards, data privacy regulations andindustry best practices. This position requires a hands on engineer who is wellversed in full stack development and is capable of leading team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform design, development, andsupport of existing and new products.
- Understand product vision and businessneeds to define product requirements and product architectural solutions.
- Develop architectural and designprinciples to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of product.
- Work with Product Manager in planningand execution of new product releases.
- Consult business management team toclarify objectives and functional requirements for new or modified products.
- Work with pre-sales and productmanagement teams in solution demonstrations.
- Facilitate the creation, review, andsign off of project deliverables.
- Provide support for productionescalations and problem resolution for customers.
- Assist technical team with issuesneeding technical expertise or complex systems knowledge.
- Develop broad knowledge about currentand future product features.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and projectmanagement skills.
- Proficiency with server-side languagessuch as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net.
- Proficiency with Angular JS, React, and Amber.
- Proficiency with database technology such as MySQL,Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Proficiency with fundamental front-endlanguages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Obsession with clean coding practiceswhile building scalable, maintainable and performant code
- Strong and accurate analytical andcommunication skills
- Self-motivated and initiativepersonality with a can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly
- Dedication to fostering an inclusiveculture and value diverse perspectives Knowledge or Experience in Angular2+ orsimilar frameworks
Educational Qualification:
- Degree in computer science. Bachelor sdegree (BE, BTech, BCA, BSc Comp.) or Skill Certification such as CDAC etc.
- 5 + years Experience in a fast-pacedtechnology products or services organization
- Should be comfortable working as anindividual contributor and leading other team members
- Good communication skills should be ateam player & self-learner.
- Ability to manage / support multiplepriorities.
- Strong creative thinking ability toalways come with impactful and unique ideas.
- Ability to adapt to the evolving needsof the organization, in a fast-paced agile setup.
