A degree or formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant B2B design work.
4-7 years experience in Graphic Design & Video Editing.
Experience working in a growing start up environment strongly preferred. Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
B2B Design Experience :
Proven track record in designing for B2B environments, such as brochures, social media posts, blog graphics, standees, and other sales & marketing collateral including but not limited to case studies and presentation templates - and other related assets to support business development and client engagement.
Ability to translate complex products or services into visually compelling, professional designs that engage and educate a business audience.
Design Expertise :
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma (optional but beneficial).
Experience in creating data-driven visuals such as infographics, charts, and other visual aids that communicate key insights clearly and efficiently.
Strong understanding of layout design, typography, colour theory.
Proven ability to design visually impactful sales & marketing collateral that aligns with product marketing strategies.
Experience in crafting visuals for both print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Corporate Branding
Experience in working within established corporate brand guidelines, as well as contributing to the development of new branding initiatives.
Ability to align visual content with broader corporate identity and messaging to enhance brand presence across all media.
Event and Trade Show Design:
Experience in designing for corporate events, including booth designs, and promotional materials for trade shows or conferences
