Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and enhancing security practices across AWS environments. This is a full-time, in-office role, ideal for someone ready to design, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure cloud solutions.

Responsibilities :

Cloud Infrastructure Management :

- Provision, configure, and maintain AWS services such as EC2, VPC, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway.

- Implement secure and scalable networking using AWS WAF, cross-account access, and Nginx.

- Manage cost optimization strategies for cloud resources.

Automation and Deployment :

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform and CloudFormation.

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and updates.

- Develop and maintain Bash scripts for automation tasks.

Monitoring and Reliability :

- Set up CloudWatch alarms, logs, and metrics for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Ensure high availability and performance of services with scalable designs.

- Security and Access Control

- Oversee IAM roles, policies, and secure cross-account access.

- Manage SSL certificates and authentication via AWS Cognito.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in AWS services and Linux systems.

- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, and pipeline management tools.

- Strong knowledge of networking principles, including secure VPC design and Nginx configuration.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch and best practices for system reliability.

- Hands-on experience with IAM, WAF, and API Gateway for secure access and management.

Preferred Qualifications :

- In-depth knowledge of cost management and optimization techniques.

- Prior experience with SSL configurations, Cognito, and API management.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
