Senior Test Analyst

The purpose of this role is to provide Workday testing support to projects and activities as part of Dentsu Aegis Network

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

Must have indepth knowledge on all HCM Modules and excellent testing skills

Good understanding of Agile Methodology, Waterfall Methodology
Good Understanding of SDLC
Versed with any of the defect management tool
Write Functional, Integration and Regression test cases from the analysis of requirements document.
Actively participate in the discussions with the stakeholders, vendors and technical teams, drive testing across teams, get the issues resolved.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Perform end-to-end testing of Workday modules to validate system functionality and data accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, create comprehensive test plans, and test cases.
Conduct manual testing of Workday scenarios, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, and Integrations.
Identify, document, and track software defects and verify bug fixes..
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability and adherence to quality standards.
Work closely with the UAT team and other stakeholders to continuously improve the testing process and efficiency.
Stay up to date with the latest Workday features, updates, and best practices in Workday testing
Manages Workday bi-annual release and collaborate with IT team to ensure system alignment with Workday s technical roadmap. Planning, testing and implementation for required features and prioritized optional features
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications -

Any Graduate or Post-graduate with minimum 4 years of Workday Testing experience.

ISTQB Certification

Workday certification on any modules would be preferred
