Senior Analyst - Business Transformation

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, youll assist in managing supply and demand across various areas within our organisation

Collaborating closely with different departments, youll help ensure timely staffing of teams and uphold excellence in client delivery

Your responsibilities will include updating schedules to reflect workload demands, supporting the identification of internal talent development opportunities, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to assess skills and availability

Produce reports regularly using the Utilisation & Client Insights Dashboard (training will be provided), ensuring timely, accurate insights that will help support senior leadership decision making on resource management Assist with data analysis and insights generation based on dashboard information; identify, report on and help troubleshoot discrepancies and errors in data

Help manage resource requests by recommending suitable team members for reallocation across accounts, aligning opportunities with team members skills and goals based on capacity and demand

Maintain accurate administrative records (Excel trackers) and system updates (Workfront) related to supply and demand, assisting in forecasting upcoming demand and resource needs

Collaborate with team members to implement continuous improvement initiatives in resource management and talent development

Help to ensure the RM page within the Media Ops online hub is kept up to date
