The Blackline Senior Platform Support Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Blackline modules - Accounts, Tasks and Transaction Matching and experience in Implementation of Blackline
Handle Market Blackline rollouts independently
Work with Business on UAT Support
Pick up tickets independently and ensure all tickets are closed as per the defined SLA s
Train and advise Finance users on Blackline processes
Flagging risks/issues proactively
Monitor Integrations and address incorrect records
Ensure SOPs are documented/updated / Reviewed once in a quarter
Involve in integration Testing
Handle CRs, UAT Support, Work with Business on UAT Support
Integration testing
Ensure all tickets are closed as per the internal SLA defined
Flagging risks/issues proactively
Maintain SOPs
Take ownership on master data accuracy
Maintain internal/external trackers & documents
Admin access controls & security
Track all Risks, Issues and Actions in VSTS
Manage the blackline user access process
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help drive change in finance processes
Analyze and interpret balance sheet data and suggest improvements
Configure Blackline standard reports and interpret results from a process perspective
Responsible for financial close, issues and deliverables
Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations
Support and enable the new implementation of Blackline products across Dentsu
Perform account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents
Support users throughout the financial close and financial reporting process
Maintain good knowledge of policies, process, controls and enforce compliance
Reconciling data between ERP systems and Blackline
Create management reporting, including KPIs and timeliness monitoring
Ensure good stakeholder engagement through regular update
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience and Skills -
6 to 9 years of core system admin experience with Implementation of Blackline and with core System Admin experience on Reconciliation & Task modules
Knowledge on Transaction Matching, Journal, Variance Analysis, Intercompany and Cash Apps Remilia will be added advantage
