Project Architect

• Build and maintain client relations.
• Participation in the design process.
• Responsible for project schedule and budget.
• Work on multiple healthcare/Hospital projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with diligence and commitment.
• Oversee the work done by assistant project manager and draftsperson.
• Coordination of project team s work and the delivery of the projects assigned.
• Manage people on the team and their expectations, review and handle the team accordingly.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Senior Project Manager/Studio Director/Director.
• Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, construction team and other stakeholders involved in projects.

Desired Skills:

• 12 to 16 years of experience with insightful experience in handling healthcare/hospital projects
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM360
• Strong Communication and Design Skills
• Bachelor or master s degree in Architecture
