·-Handling Call/Chat requests from users and answering their queries.

·-Persuasive, Believer, Smart Worker, Good looking and Pleasing Personality.

·-Fluent Communication, MS - Excel, MS-Office, Letter Drafting etc

·-Should have good knowledge about board curriculum and competitive exam.

·-Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during the phone conversations.

·-MBA/ Graduate

Experience

·-Min 2 years of experience as a student/academic counsellor in a reputed organization
