We are seeking a proficient Flutter Developer to join our innovative software team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in building high-quality, scalable, and efficient Flutter applications. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement features in our mobile applications, ensure the performance and quality of our Flutter app and maintain its responsiveness.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a focus on iOS, Android, and Cross-Platform frameworks.
• Strong, clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in small cross-functional teams.
• Experience in leading a team or managing a project is a plus.
• Experience in the mutual fund industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Required Skills :

• Good Knowledge of Flutter Framework, Flutter SDK, Dart programming language, Flutter testing frameworks (e.g., Flutter Test, Mockito), Flutter State Management frameworks (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
• Design and implement Flutter-based mobile applications with a focus on efficiency, user experience, and development speed.
• Solid understanding of error handling and crash analytics tools (e.g., Crashlytics).
• Proven experience publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Manage the entire app publishing process on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, adhering to all platform guidelines and our release processes.
• Integrate with external data sources and APIs.
• Experience in theming and styling mobile applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features.
• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps for automated deployments.
• Collaboration tools - JIRA
