Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022). Ensure systems are running optimally and securely.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, conduct regular system health checks, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and policies using Active Directory and Group Policy. Implement and enforce security policies.
• Backup & Recovery: Implement and manage backup solutions, ensure data integrity, and conduct regular backups and recovery tests.
• Patch Management: Apply operating system updates, patches, and service packs. Manage software installations and updates.
• Security Management: Implement and monitor security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems. Conduct regular security audits.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Create and update user guides and technical documentation.
• Collaboration: Work with other IT team members and departments to support and improve IT infrastructure and services. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
• Projects: Assist with IT projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Provide technical expertise and support during project planning and execution.Role & responsibilities
