Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and efficient technical solutions to meet our clients needs. The Technical Solution Architect will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, developers, and other technical teams, to ensure that solutions align with business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of technical solutions based on client requirements, considering factors such as scalability, reliability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Analyze and evaluate existing systems and infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements, and translate these into comprehensive solution designs.

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle, including solution architecture reviews, code reviews, and troubleshooting.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and incorporate these into solution designs and recommendations.

Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal development, to support business development efforts and win new clients.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technical team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.

Proven experience (X years) working as a Technical Solution Architect or in a similar role, designing and implementing complex technical solutions in a commercial environment.

Strong expertise in system architecture, software design, and development, with proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python).

In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience architecting cloud-based solutions.

Solid understanding of enterprise application integration patterns, API design, microservices architecture, and modern software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
