ERPNext Developer

1. xcPEP: A comprehensive cost engineering platform.
2. xcPROC: A marketplace for discovering parts and suppliers.

You will do customizations and develop apps for our internal ERPNext requirements.

1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERPNext solutions.
2. Customize and configure ERPNext modules.
3. Design and implement new features, workflows, and scripts in ERPNext using Frappe Framework.
4. Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems and APIs to enhance functionality.
5. Design and implement Wiki and functionalities in ERPNext.
6. Provide expert advice on best practices and process improvements.
7. Perform system configuration, data migration, and user training.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERPNext implementation.
9. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using programming languages.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of ERPNext with other systems.
11. Perform system testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure a high-quality product.
12. Develop custom reports, print formats, and dashboards in ERPNext.
13. Maintain documentation of customizations, workflows, and configurations.
14. Provide technical support, training, and guidance to internal teams or clients.
15. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
16. Stay updated with the latest developments in ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.

1. Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience is required in ERPNext implementation.
2. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Proven experience as an ERPNext developer/ Consultant or similar role.
4. In-depth knowledge of ERPNext modules, includes HR, Finance, Sales and projects.
5. Strong proficiency in Frappe Framework.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

1. Experience with project management and ERP implementation.
2. Certification in ERPNext or related technologies is a plus.
3. Understanding of business processes and workflows.
4. Strong knowledge on Frappe frameworks and ERPNext functionalities.
