Key Responsibilities : Project Planning : Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and milestones. Resource Management : Coordinate with various teams to allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely project execution. Execution Oversight : Monitor project progress and performance against established plans, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan. Quality Assurance : Ensure that projects are executed according to established quality standards and procedures. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays. Communication : Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management to provide updates on project status, issues, and resolutions. Documentation : Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance project execution and delivery. Health and Safety : Ensure that all project activities comply with health and safety regulations and standards.
