Operations Manager- Andhra Pradesh

1. Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and develop new poultry farms, feed mills, and distributors for enzyme sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including poultry integrators and nutritionists.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on enzyme benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

2. Customer Support & Technical Assistance:

• Provide technical guidance to customers on enzyme usage, dosing, and performance improvement.
• Address customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.

3. Market Expansion & Strategy:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for market penetration in Andhra Pradesh and surrounding regions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for branding, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Identify potential new enzyme applications for poultry and livestock industries.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking:

• Track sales performance, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Implement cost-saving measures in production and distribution to improve profitability.
