Job Description

Knowcraft is looking for a highly motivated Individuals withrelevant experience in the field of US Valuations. As an Advanced Analyst, weare seeking a candidate with the following skill set.

SERVICE TYPE/EXPERIENCE

Well-versed with key valuation concepts, including the income,market and asset approach, discount rates, discounts, and premiums, etc.
Well-versed with key financial concepts, including the three keyfinancial statements and key financial ratios.
Demonstrated knowledge of building financial and/or forecastingmodels from scratch will be preferred.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather information and data required to perform valuation.
Demonstrate the ability toplan and manage your work schedule.
Keep projects running onschedule by interrogating the data immediately to determine if it is adequateand usable to perform the valuation.
Perform various financialanalyses, financial modeling, and report writing (including company, industry,and economic research).
Review own work and that ofteammates to ensure the quality of the work product.
Participate in clientconference calls and technical discussions internally.
Responsible for executingengagements under the supervision of seniors.

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

CA Freshers OR MBA Freshers
Add-on: MS (Finance) or CFA(CFA Institute, US); and
Certifications including CVA,ASA, and/or ABV preferred.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Minimum 6-18 months ofvaluation and/or consulting experience.
Experience working invaluation or analytics firm.
Ability to effectivelycommunicate with the team, seniors, and clients; and
Excellent quantitative,analytical, written, and presentation skills.

Ahmedabad/Noida/Gurugram
