- Senior Developer (4+ years of experience)

🎯 What Were Looking For:

- Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 modules: ITSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, CSM, ITBM, Service Portal, CMDB.
- Strong knowledge of Angular, React, CSS, Service Portal design, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications (must-have).
Effective communication, time management, and a client-focused mindset.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

ServiceNow Business Process Consultant
[Experience: 7-8 years]

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to bridge IT and business needs, transforming stakeholder requirements into ServiceNow solutions. Lead workshops, refine processes, and manage the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to UAT and end-user training.

Key Skills:

-ServiceNow CSA, Certified (CIS Preferred)
-Proficiency in ServiceNow in atleast 3-4 modules (ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, SecOps, Service Portal, CSM , or other modules)
-Expertise in Agile Methodology, NowCreate, and stakeholder management
