Job Description
As part of the ASC team, you will play an important role in transforming ideas into solutions. What You ll Do: - We are looking for an Associate Product Manager with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the field.
- You will be responsible for doing market research, creating user stories and product flows, ensuring that products meet the user needs, creating product roadmaps, overseeing product development, testing & launches.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to launch, manage and scale successful products.
- Draw insights from user research, experiments, and industry trends to set the team strategy and prioritize projects that sustainably grow our customer base and drive the adoption of new products.
- Develop strong functional intuition by interpreting and assessing business problems/needs/opportunities and offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction.
- You are eager to learn new skills, solve complex problems, and work closely with diverse teams, including Design and Engineering.
- You are resourceful. You know how to do more with less, and you ve worked on lean teams that have had a large impact. You are not afraid of big challenges, and you do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Experience as APM of 2-4 years.
- Ability to manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Experience in creating product roadmaps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess a basic understanding of design principles to work alongside UX designers in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to ensure smooth and efficient cross-functional communication.
- Engage with various internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Utilize data analytics for market research to inform product decisions and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
