Pmo Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables using Smartsheet and other project management tools.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal team productivity and workload balance.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilize Smartsheet dashboards and reports to track project performance, KPIs, and overall progress.
• Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Implement best practices in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies as per project requirements.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project processes, suggesting improvements for better efficiency and effectiveness.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all project activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✅ PMP Certification (Mandatory) Proven expertise in project management best practices.
✅ 9+ years of experience in managing projects across industries such as IT, construction, healthcare, or finance.
✅ Strong proficiency in Smartsheet experience in automation, reporting, and dashboards.
✅ Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or other PM tools.
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
✅ Problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

➕ Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM) If working in an Agile environment.
➕ Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools for advanced analytics.
➕ Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
