Sr. Digital Learning Designer

We are seeking a Senior Learning Graphic Designer who will build visually spectacular and impactful designs for learning and enablement materials. In this position, you will collaborate with a team with the varied strengths of professionals to develop creative solutions that fulfil business requirements and improve the learner experience.

• Design engaging graphics for presentations, infographics, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Develop motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects to improve visual storytelling.
• Ensure all materials align with Adobe s brand standards and maintain a polished, professional look.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content developers and collaborators, to understand project goals and deliver innovative solutions.
• Use feedback constructively to iterate and improve designs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to elevate design quality.

• A degree in Visual Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in graphic design, focusing on learning or corporate communication materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with motion graphics creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of static and motion design work.
• Outstanding attention to detail, layout, typography, and colour theory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
