Primarily partners with the sales team to provide pre-sales support for Adobe s Content solutions (including AEM, Adobe GenStudio & Workfront) and other Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions. Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales team and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
This role is responsible for technical account management, developing and presenting an Adobe Point of View, creating & conducting product demonstration, proof of concepts, articulating solution value proposition, crafting business & technical cases and post sales value realization. The role will engage in solution evangelization and representing Adobe in Marketing and Industry events.
The Solutions Consultant possesses a high-level of professionalism and is positioned as a subject-matter expert and a solution advisor to the customer to address all technical requests.
