Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Outreach Development: Design and execute comprehensive outreach strategies to foster relationships with prospective students, School Counsellor & School Principals for all UG/PG programs across schools and coaching centers.
- Network Expansion: Build and strengthen connections with key influencers, including coaching center heads, school counsellors, principals, and teachers, to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Regional Relationship Management: Lead relationship-building initiatives specifically for the Delhi/NCR to enhance student inflow through best schools in the region.
- Engagement Activities: Deliver impactful presentations, conduct interactive sessions and get active participation for Outreach events at schools nationwide to promote programs and initiatives effectively.
- Event Coordination: Plan and participate in events such as principal meets, open houses, career fairs, and other networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and conversions.
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in relationship-building, sustaining and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, persistent, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Willingness to travel frequently as part of outreach initiatives.
- Innovative on student engagement and candidate data collection
- High social media presence and a good content creator to keep students, teachers and parents engaged with events in university and outside.
