Student Support Admission Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage student inquiries through various channels (email, phone calls, chats) to generate leads for admission counseling services.
  
• Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings or demos.
  
• Utilize CRM software (Zoho) to track interactions with students and maintain accurate records.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales) to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to student inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Inside Sales or Edtech Sales.
  
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to work independently from home office setup.
  
• Proficiency in using Zoho CRM software; knowledge of other relevant tools an added advantage.
