Admission Executive

As an Admission Executive at Chandigarh University, you will play a key role in the universitys admissions process. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the admission process. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with potential applicants, answering their queries, and providing them with the information they need to make an informed decision about their education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students through various channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Provide detailed information about the universitys programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
- Guide students through the application process and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Coordinate with various departments within the university to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process for students.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students and their application status.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in admissions, sales, or customer service is a plus.
