Job Overview. Touchstone Educationals LLP, a leading visa and immigration consultancy firm, is seeking a Visa Sales Counselor to join our team. The counselor will be responsible for providing expert guidance and personalized services to individuals seeking to study in Canada and Australia. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Punjab and Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 4 years of experience in visa sales counseling.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in any field. Proven experience of 1 to 4 years in visa sales counseling or Student Visa. Sound knowledge of Canadian and Australian visa procedures and immigration policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Result-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Punjabi will be an added advantage. Roles And Responsibilities. Provide comprehensive counseling to individuals interested in studying in Canada and Australia. Assess client requirements and recommend suitable visa options. Guide clients through the visa application process, including documentation, eligibility criteria, and interview preparation. Stay updated on visa policies, immigration rules, and educational opportunities in Canada and Australia. Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions. Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
