Job Description

M.Com/MBA Finance/ CA Inter/ ICWA Inter - 6 to 9 years

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Pre-close : Prepare schedules / Journals / GL Analysis
Month close : Journals / Consolidations
Post close : Prepare and approve reconciliations / Reporting
Other activities : Treasury / Entity reporting / Government reporting / Accounting of stock options, etc.,

Responsibility to interface on new projects / transitions

Skills:

Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize and present information at a management level
Clear and effective communications skills both verbally and in writing. Experience of working in a global setup will be of advantage
Ability to organize own time and work independently, without supervision
Challenge current practice and suggest new ways of working, value-added ideas/ approaches
Ability to work in a team- based environment and to interface with employees/customers at all levels

Should have good & clear accounting knowledge and concepts
Working knowledge of Accounts reconciliation / Journals / Bank clearing
Proficient in the operation of SAP / Blackline / OneStream / Smart View / Advanced MS Excel and Basic Marcos (an advantage)
Knowledge of Accounting standards, USGAAP/IFRS - an advantage.

Work Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Except workday 1 to 4 - 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
