Facility Manager / Admin Manager (Male Candidates only)

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise the day to day operations of our organization and to plan the most efficient administrative procedures

• Oversee the property's day-to-day operations and ensure that all administrative functions, security issues and facility services are covered
• Must be responsible for day to day interaction with clients for smooth operations
• Must be responsible for client coordination in providing timely response to the queries/tickets raised (Via Calls/Email/Chat)
• Develop and implement systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative team
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and tact
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Should be good in handling soft skills and Must have technical knowledge in handling BMS, Fire Safety, HVAC, electrical maintenance, access control etc.,
• FAS compliance - follow up Fire drill, fire extinguishers refill and replacement
• Asset Management
• Preparing SOP and adherence to SOP
• Vendor management
• Should be having a good knowledge and experience in MS.Office
• Must have good Communication Skills ,Effective Leadership Quality and Problem Solving Skills

Preferred candidate profile

Must have exposure in handling Infrastructure and Able to handle clients queries regarding facility maintenance
