UI/Graphic Designer

Job description

Experience:- 3-6 years

Qualification: B.Tech/MCA/Any Graduate (Regular)

Technical and Professional Expertise

• Skills/Tools - Adobe XD/Photoshop/Illustrator, Dream Weaver, Figma, Google Web Designer, Sketch, etc
• Total experience must be in the IT industry and in UI/UX Designing of websites and IT solutions only.
• Exposure on requirement gathering phase to client handling and final execution
• Exposure to handle international/domestic clients with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in UX processes such as creating mood boards, User personas, brand guidelines , hi - medium fidelity wireframes for both web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency in creating mockups , interactions and fully workable prototypes for mobile and web interfaces
• UI design skills and decent knowledge about UX design principles.
• Attention to detail and understanding of design sensibilities and aesthetics
• Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects.
• Good knowledge of design principles, google material design and component based designs in XD, FIGMA , Sketch
• Knowledge of creating animations and videos will be a plus.
• Ability to learn and implement new ideas and concepts through new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Designing intuitive and user-centered interfaces that meet business and user requirements
• Discuss design ideas and design rationale, both orally and in writing
• Collaborate with internal teams to define user interface requirements.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and evaluate the usability of products
• Evaluating the usability of products and making improvements to enhance the user experience
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies
• Participating in design reviews and incorporating feedback to refine designs
• Developing and maintaining design systems and style guides.
• **Willing to work onsite at client locations as per companies requirements
