Job Description
- Implementing, maintaining, monitoring and supporting the IT infrastructure
- Writing scripts for service quality analysis, monitoring, and operations
- Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Investigating and resolving technical issues by deploying updates/ fixes
- Implementing automation tools and frameworks for automatic code deployment (CI/CD)
- Quality control and management of the code base
- Establish, maintain and evolve concepts in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for existing and new services.
- Write clean, stable and safe code in short time frames and frequent increments.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to improve automation of workflows, infrastructure, code testing and deployment.
- Identify systems that can benefit from automation, monitoring and infrastructure-as-code and develop and scale products and services accordingly.
- Planning the activities and involvement in project management activities
- Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
- Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
- Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
- Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
- Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
- Incidence management and root cause analysis
- Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management
- Brainstorm new products, updates and solutions to continuously challenge and improve products, performance, system/data backup, security.
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends
