Lead the development of mobile applications using the Flutter framework from concept to deployment, taking complete ownership of the projects assigned. Design and implement robust, efficient, and maintainable solutions that leverage Flutter's capabilities and integrate multi-threading techniques to enhance performance. Independently handle all aspects of mobile app development, including UI/UX design, state management, data handling, and backend integration. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other issues that may impact the application's performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver high-quality products. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to architectural guidelines. Maintain and refactor existing codebases for continuous improvement and optimization. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Flutter, mobile development trends, and best practices to drive innovation in the team. Actively participate in the QA process, ensuring that applications are thoroughly tested and meet the required quality standards.
