Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and logistics.
  
• Oversee manpower handling, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  
• Coordinate outbound logistics activities such as delivery management and stock audits.
  
• Ensure compliance with cold chain requirements for pharmaceutical products.
  
• Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in warehousing or related field (pharma industry preferred).
  
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management, B.Pharma in Pharmacy).
  
• Strong skills in GRN, inventory management, inventory reconciliation, logistics management, outbound logistics, problem solving, decision making.
