About the role. The (Senior) Total Rewards Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Global Process Owner (GPO) with the implementation and execution of global reward programs. This includes providing functional and technical expertise, programe and project management expertise, as well as conducting data analysis and modeling, in ensuring successful program rollouts. This role will be based in Bangalore (India) or Sofia (Bulgaria)
What youll be doing. Assist the GPO with the implementation and execution of global reward programs (e.g., salary review, STI/bonus)
Provide functional and technical support throughout the reward program lifecycle, including program design, development, and launch
Conduct in-depth data analysis and modeling to inform reward program decisions
Utilise strong technical skills in Excel, VBA, statistics, and data visualisation to create insightful reports and presentations
Partner with the GPO and other team members to ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global reward best practices and industry trends
Contribute to the development and implementation of new reward technology solutions
Participate in the transition to the identified new reward technology platform
About you. Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in some or all aspects total rewards
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a qualification in Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering
Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) is essential
Understanding of global reward practices and their complexities is essential
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, VBA, statistics, and data visualisation tools
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and functions will be important
Ability to work across multiple time zones is a requirement
