Purpose Of The Role:
We are looking for an innovative and dynamic marketing leader to drive brand growth, visitor engagement, and revenue expansion across projects . The Head of Marketing will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, leading a diverse team, and fostering partnerships to strengthen the brand's market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Brand Growth:
- Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive footfall, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
- Strengthen companies brand positioning, market presence, and customer recall through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns that leverage digital, traditional, and experiential marketing channels.
2. People Management:
- Lead and mentor a team across Digital Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, Event Management, Content, Copywriting, Media Planning, and Budgeting.
- Foster collaborations with advertising agencies, PR firms, and media partners to maximize brand visibility and promotional impact.
- Work closely with Park Heads and Resort Leaders to align marketing strategies with footfall targets, occupancy goals, and revenue objectives.
Digital & Social Media Marketing:
- Oversee and optimize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising efforts to enhance companies online presence.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage target audiences, amplify brand reach, and drive conversions.
- Monitor and manage the online reputation (ORM) of ensuring customer feedback and concerns are addressed proactively.
3. Public Relations & Events:
- Lead PR initiatives, media relations, and press communications to strengthen brand credibility and visibility.
- Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events, activations, and strategic partnerships to drive guest engagement.
- Ensure seamless execution of marketing-led events, ensuring maximum brand impact and customer experience enhancement.
4. Content & Creative Development:
- Supervise the creation of engaging, persuasive, and brand-aligned content across all marketing channels.
- Work with content writers and copywriters to craft compelling advertisements, promotional campaigns, and storytelling content.
Media Planning & Budget Optimization:
- Develop and manage media plans and budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.
Revenue-Driven Marketing Initiatives:
- Partner with the Head of Non-Ticket Revenue to promote food & beverage offerings, merchandise sales, and retail experiences.
- Drive innovative marketing-led revenue generation strategies, maximizing non-ticketed income streams.
Desired Profile
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field from a Tier -1 / Premium B-School.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, FMCG, or retail industries.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, enhance brand positioning, and optimize marketing performance
