Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient loan disbursement and recovery processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance, expand customer base, and improve market share.
- Oversee team management, providing guidance on group loans, microfinance products, and other financial services offered by the company.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- 4+ years experince of Micro Finance/Joint Liability Group
- Graduation required in any stream
- Team handling experence
