Adani Group - Head - Corporate Affairs - Customs (25-30 yrs)

Experience:

- 25-30 years of experience in customs management within the Ports and Airports industry

- Proven track record of successfully navigating customs regulations and compliance

- Demonstrated experience in engaging with government agencies and industry bodies

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with customs regulations and optimize customs-related processes

- Lead the engagement with customs authorities, government agencies, and industry bodies to represent the company's interests

- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on customs-related matters, including import/export procedures and duty drawbacks

- Monitor changes in customs laws and regulations, and proactively advise the business on potential impacts

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customs-related projects and initiatives

- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to customs authorities and other relevant stakeholders

- Act as the primary point of contact for customs audits and investigations

- Stay updated on industry best practices and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement

Education Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Law, or a related field

- Master's degree or additional certifications in Customs Management or International Trade (preferred)
