Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Python ML/AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and Python programming. This role will involve designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models to solve real-world problems and drive our business objectives forward.

What we're looking for:

• Design, develop, and optimize ML models and algorithms.
• Implement and evaluate machine learning models for various NLP tasks, such as text classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis, language generation, and more.
• Implement, test, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions using Python and other relevant technologies.
• Develop prompts that instruct LLM to generate relevant and accurate responses.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to analyze and preprocess datasets for prompt development, including data cleaning, transformation, and augmentation.
• Experiment and document best practices for writing prompts for a wide range of scenarios and tasks relevant to our customers: internal and external.
• Conduct thorough analysis to evaluate LLM responses, iteratively modify prompts to improve LLM performance.
• Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for a variety of applications, including price optimization, predictive maintenance, sales forecasting or similar use cases.
• Build and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines on GCP or any equivalent cloud platform involving data warehouses, machine learning platforms, dashboards and CRM tools.
• Experience working with the end-to-end steps involving but not limited to data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, dealing outliers, handling imbalances, analyzing data distributions (univariate, bivariate, multivariate), transforming numerical and categorical data into features, feature selection, model selection, model training and deployment.
• Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Good understanding of natural language processing, computer vision or other deep learning techniques.
• Expertise in Python and various ML libraries (e.g., XGboost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain).
• Familiarity with Google Cloud or any other Cloud Platform and its machine learning services.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Proven experience in machine learning and AI, with a strong portfolio of projects.
Proficiency in Python programming, including libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
