We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, driving sales strategies, and managing relationships with customers. You will play a key part in expanding Ad2brand's customer base and contributing to its growth by leveraging your communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to address their needs and concerns.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement business development strategies to meet sales targets and expand presence in the SMB sector.
Collaboration & Independence: Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet potential clients and explore new markets.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with both clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, with a proven track record of acquiring clients and achieving sales targets.
Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills. A passion for customer service and a proactive approach to client engagement.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel as needed.
A personal vehicle and laptop are required for this role.
