DevOps Engineer (Associate Level)
Experience: 3 years (relevant)

What You will Do:

1. Cloud & Virtualization:
Own and optimize infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure.
Set up and manage Docker containers and support future Kubernetes
implementation.
2. Manage Hybrid Infrastructure:
Deploy, maintain, and support onpremise Windows systems and virtualization
platforms like VMware or HyperV.
Administer hybrid environments spanning onpremise and cloud (AWS, GCP,
Azure).
3. CI/CD and Automation:
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI,
Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
4. Security & Compliance:
Define and implement network security policies, including firewalls, VPNs, and
IAM policies.
Contribute to achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 compliance by supporting
audits, documentation, and security operations.
Perform regular system updates, patching, and vulnerability scans.
5. Device Management & IT Operations:
Handle assignment, tracking, and lifecycle management of company laptops,
desktops, and mobile devices.
Ensure secure device configurations, encryption, and compliance with internal
IT policies.
6. ML Ops:
Collaborate with data and ML teams to deploy, monitor, and scale machine
learning models in production.
Set up infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for ML model training and
deployment.
7. Monitoring & High Availability:
Set up and monitor logs, metrics, and system health using Prometheus, Grafana,
ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability and system
resilience.

What we are looking for:

3+ years of experience in DevOps, with exposure to cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and
onpremise systems.
Proficiency in Windows Server management and virtualization (VMware, HyperV).
Handson experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
Knowledge of network security, SSL, IAM, and ISO 27001 standards.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., ELK, Grafana, CloudWatch).
Experience managing company IT hardware, device inventory, and user access policies.
Strong communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills.

Bonus Points

Exposure to blockchain, AI/ML, or securityfocused platforms.
Experience with DevSecOps practices.
Azure certifications (AZ104, AZ400) or ISO 27001 implementation experience.
