Research Manager (2-12 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities:

MUST EXP into Primary Research

Research Leadership :

- Independently manage the entire research process, from hypothesis generation to data collection and analysis.

- Lead the design and execution of primary and secondary research studies to validate hypotheses.

- Collaborate with third-party research agencies and service providers to complete projects.

- Develop and implement research methodologies and protocols.

- Work closely with consultants, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of research activities with organizational goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful insights.

- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings effectively.

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of research data throughout the process.

Required Competencies:

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Proficiency in statistical software and research tools.

Required Experience:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Primary research, with a proven track record of managing independent research projects.

- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing research methodologies and protocols.
