Work Timings: 12.30 PM - 9.30 PM

Principal Duties

• Recording end to end transactions on daily basis in BC and Reconciliation of Bank and other BC heads.
• Taking care of month end close activities and submit the documents on time.
• Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements and other Financial reports to accuracy, completeness, and adhere to procedural standards
• Co-ordinate with Auditors, for audit work, up to finalization of Financials.
• Finalization of accounts Prepare Financials Reports to Management.
• Preparation of monthly MIS Reports like income Statement, Billable Cost/ Expenses statement Wages, Vendor expenses, Fixed Assets, Insurance etc.,
• Monthly Payroll preparation, TDS deduction based on investments and responsible for maintaining the Master data in the employee information portal.
• Maintain Leave Records, Salary records, TDS filing, Pay slips etc., on employee informational portal.
• Calculation, Payment, Returns of Professional Tax, Provident Fund, ESIC & Employee Insurance etc.,
• Calculating Income tax of employees, collecting IT Declaration and Proof approval.
• Handling salary related issues/grievance.
• Preparation of Full & Final Settlement for resigned employees.
• Computation of PF, TDS & Professional Tax.
• Handling Provident Fund (Monthly preparation of Form 5, UAN Allotment Number to Employees,Quarterly / Half yearly / Annual return to PF Department), handling with PF Department.
• Preparing and deduction of TDS for Professionals, Rent, Contractors etc., and making the necessary payment on time.
• Issuing Form 16 / Form 16A with Digital Signature to all the employees on year completion for tax returns and for the contractors on Quarterly basis
• File periodically monthly, quarterly & annual returns to statutory bodies with regards to GST, STPI,PT and Professional Tax.
• Working on GST payment, Filing returns and Quarterly on GST refund
• Adhering to the policies and procedures defined by Acumera.
• Responsible for Acumera US month end close, Intercompany reconciliation, Bank reconciliation and submit the Income Statement to CFO on or before due date.

QualificationsExperience: 5-10 Years experience

Education: B.COM / M.COM / BBM / MBA / CA / ICWA

Good written and oral communication skills

Good in Accounting Principles and Concepts
