Delivery Manager

Hiring for Delivery Manager role for private equity professionals interested in working with leading global private equity real estate and credit funds / asset managers on deal origination, due diligence (DD), asset management/portfolio monitoring, investor reporting, etc.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity screening and analysis for potential investment assessment through in-depth secondary research and data analysis, and turning them into insights.
• Provide support to onshore clients in performing preliminary and detailed underwriting of various properties / loans, loan sizing models, sales and leasing comps, asset summary reports, etc.
• Due diligence support on the target opportunity, loan/property research, IC memos, DD checklists, target valuation, reviewing and evaluating loan and lease documents, and various third-party reports i.e. property appraisals, physical risk reports, and property condition/inspection reports, etc.
• Asset management/portfolio monitoring: loan and property tapes, lease reviews and abstraction, detailed rent rolls, property financials, covenant monitoring, etc.
• Prepare and deliver periodic/adhoc investor reports for open and close ended funds consisting of investments in real estate properties.
• Conduct in-depth secondary research including industry trends, economic indicators and market conditions affecting real estate investments to support fund performance analysis and reporting.
• Project / workflow management: Project structuring, conceptualizing output, conducting quality checks, negotiate deadlines with the client, handling client queries and communications.
• Supervise, mentor and train analysts/associates or team members in investment analysis, reporting practices, and real estate market dynamics.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, build and maintain strong relationships with
them while actively seeking opportunities for expansion.

Required Background

• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in real estate investment management, financial analysis, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record in real estate due diligence/underwriting support, investment research, asset management, portfolio monitoring, investor reporting, etc.
• CFA, CA, MBA from a top tier business school (with finance and accounting background).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data
• Strong written and communication skills with experience in client relationship and internal stakeholders management
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS – PPT, MS - Word
• Dedicated and motivated individuals having demonstrated the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines with strong leadership, analytical, and teamwork skills

Hands-on experience on various real estate tools or key databases (Yardi, RCA, CoStar, Green Street, CRE, REIS, Argus, iLevel, Rockport, RealInsight, etc.) for market analysis and reporting
