.Net Developer - ASP/WCF/Entity Framework (4-8 yrs)

Description :

The candidate shall be primarily responsible for designing, modifying, and developing software programming applications and components while ensuring quality and commitment through to completion. He or she will also be responsible for providing support on customer issues directed towards product development team. This highly responsible position involves using established work procedures to analyze, design, develop, implement, maintain & re-engineer applications. Additionally, this position requires to interact and contribute within a cross-functional team environment.

Education : B.E/B. Tech/MCA/Graduate in Computer Science

Experience : 2-4 years; relevant 2 years

Required Skills :

- A minimum 2 years of experience is required in developing enterprise software products.

- Must have an experience in .Net Framework 4.0 or above

- Experience in C# 4.0/4.5, strong fundamental knowledge in object-oriented programming & design patterns

- Expert in using SOLID principles

- High proficiency level in DB SQL Server 2008 or above

- Expertise in C#, Asp .net, Asp.Net MVC 4.0 or higher, WCF, LINQ, Nhibernate/Entity Framework, Java Script, jQuery, Ajax, Dev Express, Web API

- Experience in client-side JavaScript frameworks

- Experience in developing and maintaining highly concurrent and scalable applications

- Experience in developing applications that comply to security guidelines

- Experience in distributed computing, cloud, and enterprise applications of scale

- Good knowledge in Unit testing frameworks

- Experience in source code control tools like SVN or GIT

- Knowledge of internet protocols and web server communications including HTTP, web sockets, RESTful APIs

- Mentor juniors and help in team building measures

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of good coding practices and standards, including object-oriented design

- Attention to details and a good team player

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Use JIRA as an engineering tool for creating user stories, tasks, work log, updating work progress etc.

- Promptly escalate delays in the assigned tasks, issues in products to the reporting manager

- Should be an individual contributor

- Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, senior management, and customers

- Communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and verbally, in one-on-one and group presentation situations

- Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business suitability

- Experience in new versions like .Net 4.0 above
