Job Brief
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, developing robust data models, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and maintaining data quality.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.BI Solution Development:
oDesign, develop, and implement BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards.
oUse tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker or QlikView to visualize data and generate insights.
2.Data Integration and ETL:
oDevelop and maintain ETL processes to gather, transform, and store data from multiple sources.
oEnsure data integrity and accuracy throughout data pipelines.
3.Data Modeling:
oCreate and optimize data models, both relational and multidimensional, to support reporting and analysis.
oWork with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
4.Stakeholder Collaboration:
oWork with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
oCommunicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
5.Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
oMonitor BI system performance and implement best practices for optimization.
oRegularly review and enhance data models and reports to improve efficiency.
6.Documentation and Training:
oDocument BI solutions, including data sources, data flows, and technical specifications.
oProvide training to end-users on BI tools and reporting platforms.
7.Data Governance and Quality:
oEnsure compliance with data governance and security policies.
oConduct regular data quality checks and troubleshoot issues in data accuracy and consistency.
