Job Description-

• Technical Expertise: Providing advanced knowledge of Zscaler products and services, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
• Customer Support: Engaging with customers to understand their challenges, providing recommendations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Configuration and Deployment: Configuration and deployment of Zscaler services for new customers.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and process documentation.
• Stay Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest Zscaler features, industry trends, and cybersecurity threats to provide informed support.
