Research Analyst

The ideal candidate is responsible for collecting and interpreting data, formulating reports, and making recommendations based upon the beta findings.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven design Research Analysis experience of at least 5-8 years, extensive experience in survey designing.
• Familiarity with survey creation applications like Qualtrics.
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task.
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc).
• Working knowledge of data warehousing, SQL.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field.

Main responsibilities:

• Collecting data from beta customers through surveys and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
• Understanding business objectives and survey designs to discover prospective customers’ preferences.
• Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
• Translate research findings into actionable and detailed visual reports while delivering research driven recommendations.
• Monitor and report on trends in beta customer behavior and feedback.
