Job Description: Cyber Security Specialist

Years of Experience: 6+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in cybersecurity assessment techniques, hands-on in developing Security Risk Analysis, Threat Modelling, deriving Cyber Security requirements, technical Cyber Security concepts.
• Develop Product Domain Knowledge, participate / conduct in team meetings and Knowledge Sharing Sessions.
• Analyze application end to end, prepare threat modelling (STRIDE, PASTA & DREAD) based on different risk scenarios and drive to fix those risks
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with defined security standards and requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and support in the implementation of security measures.
• Develop and maintain documentation outlining security guidelines and best practices.
• Create and implement technical solutions to mitigate identified risks.
• Write and maintain test cases to ensure the effectiveness and resilience of security controls.
• Recommend proactive measures to mitigate potential security issues
• Report / communicate project progress to stakeholders periodically.
• Experience working in collaborative team environments, with a focus on cybersecurity initiatives.
• Should have interacted with customer at least for around 1 year
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Should be willing to take additional responsibilities during the execution based on the business need

Job Requirements

• Preferable experience in Automotive, Medical and industrial products etc
• Security Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPP etc. preferred.
• Proven experience in threat modeling, security assessments, and penetration testing.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detailed knowledge of industry standards within this area, primarily IEC 62443, IEC 62351, ISO21434
