Server Administrator - Pan india

• We are seeking an experienced Server Administrator to provide support for Microsoft/VMWare based systems.
• The role includes excellent troubleshooting for our clients IT issues and supporting their variety of applications and technology needs.

Responsibilities

• Strong Working knowledge on Windows Servers 2012/2016/2019
  
• Administration and troubleshooting of Windows File/Print and Application Servers
  
• Troubleshooting on Active directory servers, sites, and services events.
  
• Install, Management and administration experience of ESXi clusters and Hyper V Clusters
  
• Experience with Server Hardening on Microsoft and ESXi platforms
  
• Hands on experience with PowerShell scripting, automation and Group policy administration
  
• Review reports from RMM tools to identify trends and system health and forecast issues
  
• Level 2 escalation support for server issues
  
• Deployment and administration patch management
  
• Hands on experience of Microsoft Office/ Office 365/G-suite, SPAM filters
  
• Hands on experience of Printers Antivirus: management configuration
  
• Advanced-Backup configuration management
  
• Ticketing systems - Autotask, Remedy, ConnectWise, Spice Works, ServiceNow
  
• RMM Platforms Solarwinds, N-able, AVG Managed workplace, Continuum, Kaseya, Jamf

Requirements

• Minimum relevant 5+ years IT support experience (Windows/ESXi operating systems)
  
• MCSA 2012-2016 or MCSE VMWARE 6.0 or higher
  
• Strong working knowledge of: Windows, Networking, EmMail systems, Hardware installations, Servers and other related technologies.
