Salesforce Developer

 Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions, emphasizing Configuration and Customization (APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components).
Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools (Formulas, Flow, Approval processes).
Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications (Mulesoft, REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth, Single Sign-On).
Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze user stories, and resolve gaps in functional requirements.
Adhere to coding standards, perform code reviews, and write unit/integration test cases.
Demo enhancements and features to business stakeholders, troubleshoot and resolve issues in the production system.

Experience:

4-6 years of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Development experience, focusing on Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proficient in source control on a Salesforce project and advanced Salesforce development tools.
Experience with Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, VS Code + Salesforce Extension Pack.

Key Project Leadership Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end project development, including requirements, design, testing, and deployment on Salesforce and related technologies.
Collaborate with business analysts to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Architect and deploy solutions following best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability.
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and customizations.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and propose innovative solutions.

Key Skills Required:

5+ years of experience in Apex Programming, Lightning development, Lightning Web Components, Controllers, Triggers, and APIs.
Proficient in the Salesforce Development Life Cycle (Agile Methodology), Deployment/Packaging using Metadata API, Change sets.
Good understanding of coding standards and development in Salesforce CPQ.
Experience in creating technical design documents and working with version control systems.
Salesforce certification credentials Platform Developer 1
Ability to work in a team, diverse stakeholder environment, and Global delivery setting.
