But now, we are planning to open up a branch in Australia(in Melbourne) and add on to our presence in Middle East Asia too. We are going to build a large team of immigration consultants with legal standing with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).

responsible for finding the best candidates for a role and ensuring a positive candidate experience:

• Sourcing: Develops sourcing strategies to attract top talent, and sources candidates on job boards and other sites
• Screening: Reviews resumes and applications, and develops applicant screening processes
• Interviewing: Coordinates and schedules interviews, and provides feedback to candidates and hiring managers
• Hiring: Makes recommendations for whom to hire
• Onboarding: Handles the onboarding process for new employees
• Building relationships: Builds relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners
• Promoting the company: Promotes the company's brand through recruitment initiatives and events
• Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion: Supports diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices
• Staying up to date: Stays updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition .
